Positions We Hold

Three types of positions.
One standard of accountability.

Mandate Positions

Goodrich holds formal fiduciary positions on behalf of private investors, family offices, and fund sponsors. This includes independent trustee appointments, investment committee governance, and responsible manager roles.

Trustee · Investment Committee · Responsible Manager

Embedded Leadership

Goodrich embeds within the client's leadership layer as a named executive or senior investment function. We sit inside the operation, hold accountability on the org chart, and deliver through critical inflection points.

Retained · Board Advisory

Active Positions

Current Representative Engagements

VC Fund Wind-Down

Managing the structured wind-down of a venture capital unit trust across six portfolio companies and twenty-plus unit holders. Investment committee leadership through the final period.

Executive Services

Retained by a growth-stage investment platform to provide senior investment and strategy function on an ongoing basis.

Independent Trustee

Appointed as independent trustee for a private investment trust held by two high-net-worth co-investors. Ongoing governance and compliance function.

Engagement Model

Structured to serve
the mandate, not the hour.

Retained Advisory

Ongoing monthly retainer engagements where Goodrich provides continuous principal-level capacity within the client's operation. Typically 6–24 month terms, renewed by mutual agreement.

Project Mandates

Discrete, scoped engagements tied to a defined outcome—a capital raise, a fund wind-down, a transaction close. Fixed or milestone-based fee structures. Clear start and completion points.

Success Fee Arrangements

For qualifying transactions where Goodrich is engaged as a principal deal partner. Fee structured on successful completion, aligning incentives with the client outcome. Available to approved counterparties only.

All engagements are formalised under written agreement prior to commencement. Goodrich does not operate on informal or verbal-only arrangements. Engagements are subject to conflict screening and compliance review.

Johnny Quattro • Founding Partner

“Goodrich exists because the people who most need a genuine partner at the table are consistently underserved by advisors who won’t take a position. We take the position.”

Goodrich Partners was founded in 2023 on a single ethos: that principal-level accountability produces better outcomes than arms-length advice. Goodrich draws on three decades of operating experience across North America, Asia, and Australia spanning across structuring, capital raising, venture investment, and fund governance.

Mandates are delivered through a network of specialist sector experts. This allows Goodrich to bring the right capability to each engagement we take.

Understanding investment structures.

Goodrich publishes plain-language guides for investment vehicles and governance structures as a working reference for investors, founders, and fund sponsors.
